New Build House Design in Bicknacre, by Chelmsford in Essex
This is a privately owned new build house, designed by Design House Architecture and Planning (Essex) from concept through to full planning permission in 2023. The existing site contains the owner and client’s large detached bungalow, and it was decided to utilise half of the extensive land around the bungalow to provide a separate plot for a new detached home. In 2023 planning permission was successfully approved by Chelmsford City Council planning department, after some initial feedback was received by means of pre-application advice.
