This large detached home in the greenbelt next to Stondon Massey and Brentwood in Essex recently gained planning permission to effectively double its floor area by adding an additional floor level in the loft space. The client required the home to be made much larger with additional bedrooms, entertainment and office space for their family home. Despite the challenges of very limiting green belt restrictions in the area, Design House Architecture and Planning (Essex) were able to successfully achieve full planning permission for the project.
